The process

Consultation → design → approval → production → shipping

1. 01

   Consultation

   Same day · WhatsApp, call or email

   You tell us the event, the date, the guest count and the palette. We ask about the venue, whether there is a logo or an invitation, and whether you want a matching challah cover. We come back with two or three material and color routes — and honest advice on what photographs well and what wears well.

2. 02

   Design

   2 to 5 days

   Send your artwork in vector, or we create it with you. If all you have is the invitation as a photo, we redraw it — typography, monogram, Hebrew date, the small motif from the corner — at no extra cost. This is where the personalization really happens.

3. 03

   Approval

   Unlimited revisions

   You get a digital proof showing the outside, the inside print and the lining, at real scale. Revisions are unlimited and free, and nothing is cut until you write back yes. If you want to be completely sure, we can courier a physical sample kippah with your real print.

4. 04

   Production

   4 to 8 weeks · from 60 pieces

   Cut, lined, printed and embroidered by hand in our own workshop. The range depends on quantity, material and embroidery: a suede run of 60 sits at the short end, a large embroidered velvet order at the long one. We send a photo of the first batch before finishing.

5. 05

   Shipping

   Worldwide · tracked and insured

   Tracked, insured shipping worldwide, packed by table if you ask. We schedule arrival about a week before the event so there is room for customs and for your own nerves.
